APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - A crew cuts apart a car on stage, showing real-life scenarios of what can happen when distracted driving becomes deadly.

FOCUS at the PAC is more than a presentation. It’s a lifesaving event held for teens. The car used in the presentation was donated and it’s being used to show more than 4,000 students what can happen if they don’t focus.

Actors, along with trauma surgeons, firefighters, police officers, the jaws of life, and victims all taking the stage at the performing arts center to warn about the dangers of impaired and distracted driving.

Students from 30 different grew quiet listening to the presentation unfold.
