Drivers on westbound Route 30 in Lancaster County will encounter a lane restriction overnight on Thursday, Oct. 16.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said shoulder repairs are planned at the Centerville Road interchange in East Hempfield Twp. from 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16, until 6 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 17.
“The contractor will repair shoulder washouts by placing rock along the right shoulder of westbound Route 30 at the interchange.”
The work will require a right lane restriction on westbound Route 30.
This work is part of the $36.3 million Centerville Road Interchange Improvement project, which consists of work on Centerville Road from Cornerstone Drive to Marietta Avenue (Route 23), and Marietta Avenue from Centerville Road to Stony Battery Road.
