After a slow start to the season the Brisbane Bullets rediscovered their scoring touch and confidence, overpowering the Perth Wildcats with a dominant all-round performance to kickstart their Ignite Cup campaign.

The Bullets — and their coach Stu Lash — have faced intense scrutiny and criticism so far this season but Wednesday night’s impressive upset win in Perth will help ease the pressure.

After averaging just 83.25 points across their first four losses, the Bullets finally found their offensive rhythm on against the Wildcats — putting up 56 points by halftime alone.
