OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) -- The musical Hadestown is set to open at the River Park Center in Owensboro this Friday, after a week of rehearsals and hard work from the cast.

The cast has been rehearsing for over a week and combines two mythical tales, taking the audience on a journey to the underworld and back. The first show starts at 7 p.m.
