New Delhi, Oct15: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has congratulated citizens on Commonwealth Association’s approval of India’s bid to host the Commonwealth Games 2030 in Ahmedabad and said it is an endorsement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts to place India on the world sports map.

He said the government is raising world-class infrastructure and nationwide pool of sports talent.
