Cedarhurst Senior Living expects to open its new 72,000-square-foot community in Crown Point early next year.

The company, which also operates senior homes in Dyer, Frankfort and Naperville, is building 59 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care suites, Corporate Communications Manager Ryan Davis said. The two-story Cedarhurst of Crown Point will be located on a 20-acre site at 10255 Broadway, Crown Point.

"Construction has progressed beautifully, and we’re now nearing completion with plans to open in January 2026," Davis said.

Cedarhurst of Crown Point will employ about 60 workers, Davis said.
