BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — LSU basketball forward Jalen Reed, the team's longest tenured player, is fully back to 5-on-5 action, he said at SEC media day.
The forward plans on playing a few minutes in a closed scrimmage the team will have this weekend and is expecting to play in the Tigers' exhibition against Central Florida on Oct. 26 at Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida.
Coach Matt McMahon said that Reed is two months ahead of schedule in his 12-month recovery process since his injury happened on Dec. 4, 2024, against Florida State.
