ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — A lawsuit has been filed against SeaWorld, accusing the company of using "bait and switch" tactics to draw in customers.
According to WFTV, the lawsuit alleges that the company violated Virginia's "all-in" pricing law by lying about ticket costs and thereby failing to display the total price of goods and services, including any extra fees.
A joint operation between two different law enforcement agencies led to the interception of almost $15 million worth of cocaine.
Seven park brands are operated by SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, including Seaworld and Aquatica, located in Central Florida.
