HELENA — When it comes to the Class AA high school football playoff race, there is plenty up in the air.

Things have become pretty clear at the top. Billings West needs to win one of its last two games to clinch the top seed in the Eastern AA.

Bozeman Gallatin has the upper hand in the quest to be No. 2, especially since the Raptors have wins over Bozeman and Great Falls CMR, the two teams at 3-2, one game back.

So the Raptors would have to lose their last two games to avoid being the No. 2 seed. Similarly, Gallatin would need two wins and two West losses to be the top seed in the division.

In the West, the top two seeds should come down to next week's game between Kalispell Glacier and Missoula Big Sky. Yet, Helena and Sentinel are still mathematically alive, but each would need to wi
