The former owner of a paving business is on the lam with a warrant out for his arrest.

William Pusateri went to prison in 2023 after an NBC10 Boston investigation found he collected nearly $80,000 from customers and disappeared without doing the work.

Pusateri is now at risk of landing behind bars again because prosecutors accuse the paver of violating the conditions of his probation.

When Pusateri completed his prison stint last year, one of the conditions of his release was not to accept customer deposits for construction jobs. It appears the paver did not get the message.
