PHOENIXVILLE — A major milestone in local affordable housing was marked Thursday, Oct. 9, as Church Housing Corp. celebrated St. Peter’s Place’s 40th Anniversary.
St Peter’s Place opened on Oct. 9, 1985. And the 40th celebration was held on Oct. 9, 2025, exactly 40 years later.
The event drew a crowd of community leaders, residents, and supporters who gathered to honor four decades of Church Housing Corp.’s mission to provide safe, supportive, and affordable housing to seniors, individuals, and families throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
