Police Wednesday revealed the identities of two people who died in an apparent murder-suicide incident inside a Korean barbeque restaurant in La Habra.

Calling it a "targeted attack," police said Jonathan Wang, 35, went inside Gui Gui 9292 Korean BBQ on Imperial Highway at around 6:43 p.m. on Tuesday, and shot 45-year-old Jacqueline Medrano. After gunning down his ex-girlfriend, La Habra police said Wang tuned the gun on himself.

Medrano and Wang had been in a relationship previously, but detectives confirmed that a criminal protection order was issued against Wang, preventing him from contacting Medrano.

The restraining order was active at the time of Medrano's killing and Wang's suicide.
