( 25News Now ) - Just about two months after Nolan Eccles started his junior golf season, he ended it on top, winning the 2A Individual State Title at Weibring Golf Course with a five-under combined score over his two rounds.

He was tied for the lead headed into the final round at two-under, but quickly took control on Saturday and never let go with a three-under round. Eccles ends his junior season with an individual state title, and the 25 Sports Athlete of the Week.
