I-469/US 24 interchange to feature new traffic patterns

Drivers will soon notice traffic pattern changes at Interstate 469 and U.S. 24, the Indiana Department of Transportation announced Wednesday.

Crews, on or after Tuesday, will open the newly constructed loop ramp from westbound U.S. 24 to I-469.

The eastbound U.S. 24 on-ramp to south I-469 will be closed temporarily to finish concrete paving on the loop ramp from southbound I-469 to eastbound U.S. 24.

Drivers needing to access southbound I-469 to eastbound U.S. 24 should use the loop ramps during the closure, a news release said.
