'This is dangerous': Furious landlord erupts at tenant of eight years after his wild 'breach' of rental agreement

An outrageous move by a tenant has been exposed in a leaked email exchange with his landlord after he performed unauthorised works on the property.

Messages between the tenant and landlord have gone viral in a pair of TikToks posted by property strategist Jack Rooke.

The email exchange began with landlord Suzanna asking if there were unauthorised building works taking place at the property, after learning of deliveries of building materials, the presence of diggers and labourers at the property and a Skip bin on the house's driveway.
