Arlington police say they’ve identified a suspect in the 2021 murder of a woman found dead in a running car at an apartment complex in North Arlington. The victim, a transgender woman, had reportedly met someone through an app, which investigators did not name. Authorities later discovered the same app was used in a similar shooting at the same location.
