Haridwar : In a major announcement for spiritual India, Baba Hathyogi, patron of the Tirtha Seva Trust, has revealed plans for the Vishwa Sanatan Mahapeeth in Haridwar — a massive religious and cultural campus. The project includes what is being called the world’s largest Sanatan Parliament, to rise on about 100 acres of land with an estimated budget of Rs 1,000 crore.
According to the trust, the new campus will not just be a building but a symbol of Vedic revival. It will host 13 akhadas (religious orders), 108 kutiyas (hermitages for saints), and the largest gurukul (traditional school) in the country. Every devotee of Sanatan dharma will be able to contribute.
