Spooky season is upon us, and there is no better way to get into the spirit of Halloween than dNB Inc.'s Annual FallFest.

The streets of downtown New Bedford will be mysteriously transformed with eerie sounds, spooky decorations, haunting treats, and youngsters in costumes exploring the magical fun.

The free community event will be a spooktacular time for all ages, held from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18.

“FallFest has really become one of those special downtown traditions,” Elissa Paquette, owner of Calico on Union Street and president of Downtown New Bedford, Inc., said in a release. “It’s a chance for our businesses to connect with the community in a fun, festive way — and for local families to discover everything their downtown has to offer.”
