A UK holidaymaker visiting Benidorm has discovered the ultimate budget accommodation - a penthouse apartment costing just £20 per night.

Grumet White, 48, from Middlesbrough, shared the Benidorm hack online, claiming it’s proof you don’t need to “spend thousands to stay in big posh hotels”.

The four-bed apartment, which boasts a bar, TV, bathroom and wraparound balcony, is located in the heart of the Spanish party hotspot.

In a video shared on social media platform TikTok, which has racked up more than 83,000 views, Grumet, who goes by @Benidorm_Grumet1, and his mate give followers a full tour of the budget-friendly penthouse.
