It’s safe to say podcasts have come a long way.
Spotify has tapped Netflix to help bring video podcasts to the streaming giant’s platform.
Teaming up, the two companies have formed a partnership , where a selection of podcasts from The Ringer — a network acquired by Spotify in 2020 — will be available to view on Netflix in early 2026 for U.S. users.
The scope of shows will range from sports to culture to true crime, focusing on complimenting Netflix’s current slate and rake in new audiences, while drawing from The Ringer’s lineup. The two companies have said additional markets outside the U.S. are next.
