POLAND, Ohio (WKBN)- The holiday season is quickly approaching, and some people are already getting a head start in decorating for the season, including Christmas lights.

Many have already booked to have estimates completed to have their Christmas lights professionally done, and some are even as far ahead as having them up already. If you think now is too early for the holiday season, this is actually a normal time of year for planning to start.

This year is the 19th year Edison Landscape & Deck Lighting in Poland has been putting up lights. It says October is normally when they start installing lights for residential properties, but they actually start in September for commercial ones.

The number on how many lights and the amp load will dictate how much your electric bill will end up.
