TRAVERSE CITY — A nine-month process to create a final design plan for the city’s Rotary Square property along Union Street downtown will culminate with its presentation to the Downtown Development Authority Board on Friday.
The DDA meeting starting at 9 a.m. at the Governmental Center will include a recommended “conceptual and schematic design” for the half-acre site located at 203 S. Union St. across from the Traverse City Post Office.
