WEATHERSFIELD TWP., Ohio - Weathersfield Township Police are investigating after a car crashed into a house early Thursday.

Trumbull 911 got a call just after 2:30 a.m. that a car had struck a home along Ohltown McDonald Road between Route 46 and Salt Springs Road.

When a rescue squad arrived, they found that the driver had already exited the car.

Neither the driver nor anyone at the home was injured.

Investigators described the damage as moderate.

Police are working to find out what led up the crash.
