AOC slams GOP lawmakers for refusing to negotiate to end the shutdown

As the government shutdown drags on, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) told CNN’s town hall audience that House Republicans are “refusing to work,” saying Speaker Mike Johnson and others should be negotiating daily instead of “twiddling their thumbs.”
