WANETTE, Okla. (KFOR) - DNA has led to an arrest in a 17-year-old Oklahoma City rape case, police say.
Officials say the Oklahoma City Police Department, U.S. Marshals and Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office arrested 56-year-old Daniel Spray in Wanette, Oklahoma on October 15 regarding a 2008 rape case.
Spray was identified as the suspect as a result of DNA evidence.
In a video released by OKCPD, Spray is taken into custody by law enforcement.
