Actor Ayushmann Khurrana has delivered only two hits in the last six years. His last film, 'Dream Girl 2' (2023), collected Rs 106 crore nett in India and emerged as a hit. Before that, his last major success was 'Bala' (2019), which earned around Rs 110 crore nett and was declared a super hit.

Between these two films came five releases - one in 2020, one in 2021, and three in 2022. None of these performed well at the ticket window. Khurrana did not release any film in 2024.
