GROVETOWN, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Grovetown city council approved two deeds of dedication during its meeting this week.

According to city officials, a dedication between the city and Horizon West Business Park LLC will offer a new industrial park, at the outskirts of the Brighton Landing development. The cost of the project is $331,563.

Another dedication includes a partnership between the city and the Marshall Mills Homeowners Association for water and sewer easements. The total cost is $207,300.
