SAN ANTONIO — With the vote on Project Marvel looming and the future of a possible new San Antonio Spurs downtown arena in focus, a poll conducted by the UT San Antonio Center for Public Opinion Research (CPOR) reveals that Bexar County residents are lukewarm about a new home for the Silver and Black.

According to the poll's results, Proposition B (which is about the proposed downtown arena) reflects support for the new arena unchanged from April, with about 40% in favor of using a venue tax to fund some of the cost.

However, people against it grew slightly to about 46%, up from 44% in April 2025. At the same time, 14% of voters remain unsure, according to the UT San Antonio’s Center for Public Opinion Research.
