TARRANT, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Charges were dropped Oct. 15 against Tarrant Magistrate Judge Tanilya Jackson who was arrested in April and charged with having a firearm on city property.
Court records indicate the incident happened on March 28th.
In surveillance video sent to WBRC, you can see Jackson leaving city hall with a child. She then stops, places her purse on a nearby vehicle, and pulls out a gun. She tells the child to go back inside before you hear someone shouting derogatory terms at Jackson. Jackson pulls her phone from her purse and makes a call.
Jackson then goes inside the building with a gun before returning outside. She walks around the parking lot, goes back inside, then back outside when a police officer arrives.
