The "No Kings" movement returns to the Coachella Valley this weekend with four planned rallies, part of what organizers expect will be the largest single day of protest in modern American history.

The previous round of No Kings demonstrations, held June 14, drew thousands across Palm Springs, Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage, with a separate unaffiliated protest in Coachella, as part of a nationwide movement opposing President Donald Trump and his policies.
