Chefs in central Pa. will ladle out dozens of award-winning soups during a benefit cook off.

The Soup Cook Off will take place noon-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19 at the Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center in Lower Paxton Township.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample soups in professional and amateur categories.

Restaurants participating in the competition include Spike-fish Catering, Momo’s BBQ, O’Reilly’s Taproom & Kitchen Premier, VFW Post 537 and The Hershey Pantry.

VIP tickets are $35 in advance and include early access at 11:30 a.m., a gift bag and special tray for soup tasting.
