How the proliferation of advanced artificial intelligence systems is poised to dramatically concentrate presidential authority will be the topic of a legal scholar vising the University of Toledo.

Alan Rozenshtein will present the Unitary AI Executive at UT’s law school on Oct. 23. The free public lecture is part of the Stranahan National Issues Forum. It will be held at noon in the McQuade Law Auditorium.

An associate professor of law at the University of Minnesota, Mr. Rozenshtein is the research director and a senior editor at Lawfare, a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the Scholars Strategy Network.

He was previously an affiliate with the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard
