The Claim: A Milwaukee Brewers fan named Shannon Kobylarczyk lost her job after yelling some expletives and telling a Latino Dodgers fan she would “call ICE” on him during Game 2 of the National League Championship Series.

What happened:

During Game 2 of the NLCS at American Family Field, Los Angeles Dodgers fan Ricardo Fosado, who also happens to be a U.S. Navy veteran, found himself in a rather uncomfortable confrontation with a certain Milwaukee Brewers fan. Fosado had recorded that interaction, which quickly spread online after it showed the woman making an immigration-related dig.
