Riding on sales of solar photovoltaic modules, Waaree Energies Ltd -- a domestic solar module and cell manufacturer -- reported ₹878 crore in consolidated net profit for the second quarter of financial year 2025-26, a year-on-year growth of 133 per cent.

The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Thursday evening also declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share of face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, stated the company in a regulatory filing with the exchanges after market hours. This is the first ever dividend declared by the company since it listed on the exchanges last year.
