CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The former attorney accused of killing his client, Aliza Sherman, is set to be back in front of a judge Thursday afternoon.
The last time Gregory Moore was in court, the motion to have the DNA evidence retested was granted.
19 News is unsure if the results of the retested DNA will be shared at Thursday’s hearing, but our cameras will be rolling inside the courtroom.
Sherman was brutally stabbed when she went to Gregory Moore’s office on Erieview Plaza in downtown Cleveland for an appointment on March 24, 2013.
Moore’s attorney previously told 19 News the DNA will point to the real killer.
The evidence to be retested is the DNA found on Sherman’s watch at the time of her death.
