In an effort to promote the tennis and pickleball facilities at W.O. Lott Park in Daphne, the inaugural Gulf Coast Paddle & Racket Battle took place in 2023. It will return for another run on Nov. 1 at 2000 Main Street.

Competitions will include men’s and women’s doubles in tennis (ages 10-plus), along with men’s and women’s doubles in pickleball (ages 19-plus and 55-plus). The entry fee is $50 per player for tennis and $48 per player for pickleball.
