LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A THV11 Weather Impact Alert has been issued for Saturday afternoon and evening with significant weather changes expected to take place.
After a stretch of unseasonably warm weather this week a cold front will sweep through Arkansas on Saturday bringing a round of showers and storms.
With a warm and humid air mass in place in advance of the front, there is a chance of strong to severe storms.

The Storm Prediction Center has placed all of Arkansas under a "Slight Risk" of severe weather. Another way of looking at it is a level 2 out 5 with level 5 being the highest chance.
