EAST GRAND FORKS — Through its relentless rushing attack, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton showcased why it has earned a top spot in the Section 8AAA playoffs against East Grand Forks Wednesday night.

Though the Rebels shut out the Green Wave offense, their 35-14 road win was highlighted by Jace Baumgartner and Jacob Luebke each rushing for over 100 yards. Baumgartner reached the endzone three times.

Aiden Walton also managed to break off a 70-yard touchdown run in the twilight of the contest.

“The offensive line opened up the holes and our lead blockers got out there to help us out," Baumgartner said. "I thought we did a great job tonight."

The Rebels' counter-run plays and agile line were a force once again as both Baumgartner and Luebke combined for 171 yards on the ground in the first half.
