‘She’s Byron’: How one sophomore golfer is rebuilding Byron High School’s program alone

FLINT -- When Byron sophomore Adalen Brown is on the course, she’s focused on enjoying a game she’s grown up with since she was 9 years old and playing to the best of her abilities.

Her fist bumps after an impressive shot with her head coach, caddy, and more importantly her father, Matthew Brown, are just small moments she’ll remember for a lifetime.
