SARANAC LAKE, N.Y. (ABC22/FOX44) - Authorities said Thursday that a man is facing 12 felony charges after an incident in Saranac Lake.

According to Saranac Lake Police, William J. Strack II, 36, of Saranac Lake, is now being held at Franklin County Jail after an investigation by state law enforcement and the district attorney's office.

The charges filed include two counts of first-degree predatory sexual abuse of a child, one count of first-degree rape, and three counts of using a child in a sexual performance, among others. No timeline was given for the alleged incident that led to the charges.
