Many Brits still believe common myths about rescue pets – including that they’re badly behaved, riddled with medical issues, and difficult to train, a new poll reveals. A survey of 2,000 adults found that three in ten think vet bills for rescue animals will be sky-high, and over half (53%) believe you need to be “qualified” to welcome a new pet into your home. ‌
