Dismissing reports of internal tussle over seat-sharing within the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that while each party must consider its own support base, all allies understand the importance of pragmatism and past performance in ticket distribution.
