A posthumous memoir from Virginia Giuffre , Jeffrey Epstein’s most prominent accuser, is set to be released next week. According to an excerpt from the book titled Nobody’s Girl, published in Vanity Fair , Giuffre described meeting Ghislaine Maxwell for the first time at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in vivid detail.
