A Queens Gand Jury last week indicted a 38-year-old Long Island man on a 15-count indictment including murder, for running down and killing a 16-year-old Jackson Heights girl who rebuffed his offer of sex for cash on Sept. 13.

Edwin Cruz Gomez, a Honduran native living illegally in the U.S., went into a booze fueled rage after Jhoanny Saray Gomez-Alvarez and her mother angrily turned their backs on his loud and “disgusting” offer, eyewitnesses said. Gomez, who, according to court records, had a blood alcohol count between 18 and 27 at the time of the attack, jumped behind the wheel of his gray 2009 Chevrolet suburban just after 4 a.m., hit the gas, drove the truck off the sidewalk at and slammed it into the backs of Jhoanny, her mother and stepfather, prosecutors said.
