Democrat Joanna Mendoza, who hopes to unseat U.S. Rep. Juan Ciscomani in the 2026 midterm election, outraised the Republican incumbent in the third quarter, according to reports filed with the FEC. But Ciscomani had twice as much money as Mendoza in the bank as of Sept. 30.
