GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - RIZER, a full-service real estate development and property management company, has assisted in developing the Prairie District as its community continues to grow.
The development features the Legacy 34 apartments , new housing units set along the new 22-acre lake. It also includes a commercial area, a bike path connecting to Hall County Park and easy access to the Prairie Commons.
Scott Rief, president of RIZER, said the goal is creating a community where residents don’t need to leave the neighborhood for daily needs.
“The idea was a community. So if we can get as many amenities for the apartments, so you don’t have to leave this neighborhood, you can just walk with your dog and enjoy the day,” Rief said.
