Primark has made a major change to its Christmas returns policy for 2025 as the busy festive period approaches. The retailer, which has shops throughout the UK and Ireland, has revealed the key dates for customers wanting to return purchases.

The high street fashion chain is expanding its standard 28-day returns window for Christmas shoppers, running from October 14, 2025, through to January 30, 2026. During this extended timeframe, any purchases made between these dates will be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
