De La Salle came back from an early 1-0 deficit to score a pair of first-half goals before tacking on two others in the second half in recording a 4-1 victory over Marysville in a Division 2 district finals match at De La Salle.
The Pilots (17-4-2) have now won nine straight district championships and 35 district trophies in coach Thaier Mukhtar’s 38-season coaching career at De La Salle, which has spanned from 1983-2011 and then again 2018 to the present.
