Max Scherzer summoned his Hall of Fame self Thursday night in Seattle, putting together his best start in months and his best playoff outing in four years. And as a result, the American League championship series is guaranteed to go back to Toronto for a Game 6 on Sunday thanks to an 8-2 Blue Jays win over the Mariners.
