Brick Man Had Video Of Child Porn On Phone: Prosecutor

A 42-year-old Brick man was arrested and charged with possessing child porn on Thursday, Oct. 16, authorities said.

Investigators searched Marc Fay's cell phone and found a video depicting child sexual abuse material, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. Fay was charged with possession of child sexual abuse material, Billhimer said.

He remains detained at Ocean County Jail, Billhimer said.
